I love to build relationships.
A simple smile brightens my face and my heart soars when I am referred to a client.  It tells me that I am appreciated and valued.  There is a growing list of people who know I care about my clients, will give them great service, and will work very hard.

Whether the referral is a friend, family member, neighbor, or colleague.  I know that the person referring me is thinking of me and I've built a solid relationship of trust.  To me this is my greatest measure of success.

All of my relationships are important to me and I am proud of the professional relationships I have built with real estate agents, lenders, settlement attornies, insurance agents, home inspectors, pest control companies, service professionals and so many others they all add to my personal and professional growth.

Bruzee Chisholm Associates is my real estate team comprised of professionals that assist me with giving the best service to my clients.  It is comprised of my partner Alan Bruzee, Associate Broker, who is the most competent agent I know, a top producer, and has been selling real estate for almost 30 years, Kimberly Reynolds, Salesperson, who has been an agent for almost 10 years and is successful and simply adored by everyone she knows, Patrick Sanchez our Marketing Specialist is a professional writer and published author, he strives to make our materials superb, and most important is Laura Della Sala our Processing Manager who ensures that the transactions run smoothly, the paperwork is being tracked, everyone has what they need and knows where they are supposed to be and when.  This team provides the support and dedication that I need for my clients when undertaking such a complex transaction.  My team makes everyday better because they care as much as I do.

I love my life.
My real estate career is very important.  However, I have other interests too which include gardening, cooking, entertaining, playing tennis, and trying not to totally spoil (too late)  my dogs the rhodesian ridgeback "Spenser" and the samoyed-mix  "Kira", and my maine coon cat "Kitka".   We travel to New York City whenever possible (where I am from), plus Maine and San Francisco are also favorite spots.  My husband, Richard Chisholm, is a very successful tax and estate planning attorney in Bethesda and he is my favorite food and wine critic.

I thank you for taking the time to learn about me and I look forward to getting to know you!
